Our pricing depends on many factors:

1. Number of rooms to be photographed
2. Number of photographs to be delivered
3. Whether interior or exterior details are to be included or just overall shots
4. Travel time and distance
5. Whether you want ‘deluxe’ lighting, that is use of remote lighting and/or HDR. 

Basic Cost based on square feet of the home:

• Up to 5,000 sq. ft. - $250 (up to 12 images)
• Over 5,000 sq. ft. - $350 (up to 14 images)

   
All shoots include color corrected photos shot with various professional gear (Cannon 6D, Canon 5D Mark II, and L series lenses):

• High Resolution images files for print
• Web optimized files for easy emailing and web uploads into MLS, etc.

   Turn around time is 3 days.  All jobs are professionally administered via a photographers web based business platform. You get your own account and easy access to all photos.

Additional Options:

• Next day turn around by 2 PM - $100
• Photo & Music Slide Show Video (Virtual Tour) hosted by realtourvision.com in High Definition - $100
• Exterior night shoot - $100
• Additional images - $25 each
• Travel charges may apply for outside of the immediate San Gabriel Valley area

Re-shoots:

• Up to 3 rooms - $125
• Additional rooms - $25 each

Other Options:

• Professional Headshots (Portraits/Full-Body shots) at our studio - $350-600 (up to 3 changes of clothing, 3 back-drops, green screen, etc)
• Event Photography (ask for my pricing PDF)
• Custom Printing & Framing
